FAU Solution to the 2015 United Nations Universal Periodic Review of the USA

We talk will about THE FAU GLOBAL STIMULUS ($5T) DANIELS IDIQ3 PROGRAM on November 25th 2016 at 3PM planning for the National Kwanzaa Accords 2016 Review December 27th -30th 2016.

We, the members of the Friends of the African Union, followers of the tradition of Reginald Lewis, Rev. Dr. Leon Sullivan, Dr. Dorothy Height, Marcus Garvey, Fredrick Douglas, Dr. Mary Bethune Cookman, Harriet Tubman, and W.E.B. DuBois will propose on November 28th 2016 that the United States Government enter into a Public Private Partnership (P3) with the Friends of the African Union’s (FAU) Global Stimulus Task Force (formed on August 18th 2016) on a $5T USD 100-year solution (to be called the #BlackFolksPlan)to end institutionalized federal government racism against American citizens who are decedents of American slavery and institutionalized racism to African Americans based on this the FAU Solution to the 2015 United Nations Universal Periodic Review of the USA.
