This when we proposed to solve the problems of the Cincinnati MSD in South Fairmount with a fixed price $235M solution, we lost and in losing we threw the kitchen sink at the EPA and just found out last year that they archived it. Gannett’s paper in CIncinnati sent this to us when we proposed buying the sewer for $6B USD in a public private partnership based on what we propsoed in 2013 in South Fairmount Sustains.
